    • – Access to Pitches, Panels and the Masterclass at BASIS (ex. Drusus-Kaserne/Caserma Druso, Kortscher Straße 97/Via Corzes 97, 39028 Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres) is free for all Accredited Professionals.
      Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.
      – Access to One-on-One Meeting sessions with the pitchers at BASIS (ex. Drusus-Kaserne/Caserma Druso, Kortscher Straße 97/Via Corzes 97, 39028 Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres) is regulated depending on the role of an accredited guest.
      Decision Makers have the possibility to pre-book their meetings in advance using a form that has been submitted to them in a different email.
      Accredited Professional and Decision Maker badge holders can book their One-on-One Meetings on the same day from 10:30 until 12:15 at the Guest Desk.
      – Access to Networking Cocktails, Lunches and Brunch at BASIS (ex. Drusus-Kaserne/Caserma Druso, Kortscher Straße 97/Via Corzes 97, 39028 Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres) is free for all Accredited Professionals.

Both a Lounge and Refreshment Areas are available to set up meeting at BASIS (ex. Drusus-Kaserne/Caserma Druso, Kortscher Straße 97/Via Corzes 97, 39028 Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres).

Attending visitors might not be available to meet with online visitors during the on-site market.
    How do the Outdoor Networking Activities work?

    The Outdoor Networking Activities are a different way to meet other industry professionals by doing non-work related activities together. They are made in collaboration with and sponsored by Tourismusverein Schlanders-Laas/Associazione Turistica Silandro-Lasa.

    Accredited professionals need to register in order to participate in the Outdoor Networking Activities. Please use the this form in order to register.

    Important note: all Outdoor Networking Activities take place in Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres except for Marble experience tour which takes place in Laas/Lasa/Loos. Accredited professionals interested in participating in the latter activity must arrive in Laas/Lasa/Loos on time. Therefore, please, take the train at 16:10 from the train station in Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres to Laas/Lasa/Loos (only one stop). The train station in Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres is located just 10 minutes by walk from BASIS. At the station in Laas/Lasa/Loos you will be expected for the guided tour. You can return to Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres by train at 18:40 from Laas/Lasa/Loos train station.
    What means of transport are available to reach TSFM SE #1?

    On both Friday June 30th and Saturday July 1st 2023, a free bus transport service by bus leaving from Bozen/Bolzano/Bulsan (via Meran/Merano/Maran) to Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres is provided for accredited participants of TSFM SE #1. Each day, a double return service will also be provided. In order to use the free service, accredited professionals are requested to book their place using this form.
    A limited number of seats are available for each trip. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Your seat will be confirmed by email by a member of our staff.

    • Do you recommend a specific outfit during TSFM SE #1?

    There is no specific dress code for TSFM Summer Event #1. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes during the event.

    Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres is located 720 metres above sea level, in the middle of a mountain valley. Therefore, you can expect warm temperatures during the day and colder temperatures at night. It is advisable to bring both summer clothing and some heavier garments in case temperatures drop. Summer storms may occur during your stay, so please bring umbrellas or capes just in case.

    Comfortable shoes for walking or hiking are recommended for the Outdoor Networking Activities. No technical equipment is required to participate. Please avoid formal clothes and shoes during the Outdoor Networking Activities.

Drusus-Kaserne/Caserma Druso, Kortscher Straße 97/Via Corzes 97, 39028 Schlanders/Silandro/Solaneres) in order to meet with the other pitchers and the host. Please remember to attend your One-on-One Meetings session immediately after the pitch. A personalised One-on-One Meetings schedule has been sent to your email.
    If you are a panelist, present yourself 15 minutes in advance before the start of your panel at the entrance of the Main Hall at BASIS (ex.
